Privacy Policy

Last updated July 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Take 220 Productions LLC, operator of ListingTranslate (the “Service”), collects, uses, and protects your personal data. Take 220 Productions LLC is the data controller. If you have any questions, contact us at support@listingtranslate.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & identity. Your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and email Google shares with us. Authentication is handled by our provider (Supabase); we do not store passwords.
  • Content you provide. The images you upload, the translation or find-and-replace instructions you enter, and the images the Service creates for you. For the Amazon workflow, the ASINs you look up and the public listing data returned for them.
  • Purchase information. When you buy credits, our payment processor (Stripe) handles your card details. We receive only purchase metadata — amount, pack, status, and processor identifiers. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • Technical & usage data. IP address, timestamps, and basic request logs, used to run the Service securely and to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.

2. How and why we use your data

We use your data to provide, secure, and improve the Service. Our legal bases under the GDPR are:

  • Performance of a contract — to produce your images, store your results, process purchases, and deliver credits you buy.
  • Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain reliability, and communicate essential service messages.
  • Consent — where required, such as optional Google single sign-on. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to retain transaction and tax records as the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. How your images are handled

Uploaded images are stored in a private storage bucket accessible only to your account. To fulfill a request, we send your image and instructions to our AI image provider (kie.ai), which produces the edited image; the result is downloaded and stored in a private bucket and served only to you. Your images are used to provide the Service to you — not to train models we control. We cannot control any independent retention or model-training practices of the AI provider; review their terms before submitting sensitive material.

4. Sub-processors

We rely on the following third parties to process data on our behalf:

ProcessorPurposeRegion
SupabaseAuthentication, database, and encrypted file storageUnited States
StripePayment processing for credit purchasesUnited States / global
kie.aiAI image generation — your images are processed to translate or edit their textGlobal
ScraperAPIFetching public Amazon listing data you request by ASINUnited States
GoogleOptional single sign-on (OAuth)United States / global
VercelApplication hosting and content deliveryUnited States / global

5. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies — the session cookie our authentication provider sets to keep you signed in. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, so the Service does not show a cookie-consent banner. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account, images, and results until you delete them or close your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; doing so removes your account, images, and results, and forfeits any unspent credits without refund. We may retain limited records — such as payment and transaction history — for as long as the law requires for accounting and compliance.

7. International data transfers

We and our sub-processors are based primarily in the United States, so your data is processed there. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, transfers of your data rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses, with our processors.

8. Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection supervisory authority.

If you are in California or another U.S. state with a privacy law (e.g. CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what we collect, to access and delete it, and to correct it. We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined by California law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, delete your account from your settings or email us at support@listingtranslate.com. We will respond within the timeframes the applicable law requires.

9. Children

The Service is for users 18 and older and is not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, private storage, and least-privilege access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to address issues promptly.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; when we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above. For any privacy question or request, contact Take 220 Productions LLC at support@listingtranslate.com.
