Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments for ListingTranslate work and when you may be entitled to a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. How credits work
ListingTranslate runs on prepaid credits — one credit produces one image. Credits are sold in one-time packs with no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel or auto-renew. New accounts receive one free welcome credit.
2. You pay only for successful images
A credit is charged only when an image is produced successfully. If an image cannot be produced, no credit is charged, and retrying is free. Rerolling a successful result to get a different image costs one credit each time. Because you are never charged for a failure, there is nothing to refund when an image cannot be produced.
3. Credits are non-refundable
Once purchased, credit packs are non-refundable, have no cash value, and never expire. Credits are consumed at your direction and only on success, so we do not offer refunds for purchased or unspent credits except where required by law (see below).
4. EU, EEA & UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because credits can be used immediately:
- When you use (spend) a credit, you expressly ask us to begin performance immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for any credit that has been used.
- For credits you have not yet used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us, and we will refund the unused portion.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you have where you live.
5. Chargebacks and disputes
We honor valid card-network chargebacks. If something is wrong with a purchase, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a formal dispute. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to account review or suspension.
6. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account cancels any active work and forfeits any unspent credits without refund.
